&lt;br /&gt;
Please note: If you do not know which program (or version of Outlook) you use&lt;br /&gt;
Click on &#039;Help&#039; inside of your email program &lt;br /&gt;
then Click  &#039;About&#039; &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Mozilla Thunderbird&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
   1. Open the offending email (double click the message to open it in a new window).&lt;br /&gt;
   2. Click on &amp;quot;View&amp;quot;, then choose &amp;quot;Headers&amp;quot; then &amp;quot;All&amp;quot;.&lt;br /&gt;
   3. Then click the &amp;quot;Forward&amp;quot; button and address the email to: help@swcp.com&lt;br /&gt;
   4. Next, click the &amp;quot;Send&amp;quot; button.&lt;br /&gt;
   5. Next time you send an email click on &amp;quot;View&amp;quot; &amp;gt; &amp;quot;Headers&amp;quot; &amp;gt; &amp;quot;normal&amp;quot; to put the Headers back to normal.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Outlook Express&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
   1. Open the offending email.&lt;br /&gt;
   2. At the top of Outlook Express, click File, and then click on Properties.&lt;br /&gt;
   3. Click the Details tab.&lt;br /&gt;
   4. Press the Message Source button at the bottom.&lt;br /&gt;
   5. Select all the information in the new window by hitting the Ctrl and &amp;quot;A&amp;quot; keys at the same time.&lt;br /&gt;
      This will highlight (usually in black) everything in the window.&lt;br /&gt;
   6. Next, while everything is highlighted, hit Ctrl and &amp;quot;C&amp;quot; at the same time. This copies the information.&lt;br /&gt;
      Nothing new will happen on the screen.&lt;br /&gt;
   7. Close both windows (the Message Source window and the Message Properties window).&lt;br /&gt;
   8. Open a new message by clicking the &amp;quot;New Mail&amp;quot; button at the top left corner of the Outlook Express window.&lt;br /&gt;
   9. Address this new message window to help@swcp.com&lt;br /&gt;
  10. Click once in the body of the &amp;quot;New Message&amp;quot; window, click the Edit menu at the top of that same window,&lt;br /&gt;
      and select Paste. This should paste all of the message source information in the body of the new message.&lt;br /&gt;
  11. Send the message by clicking the Send button in the top left corner.&lt;br /&gt;
  12. The original offending message can now be deleted or saved as you choose. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Microsoft Outlook 97&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
   1. Open the offending email.&lt;br /&gt;
   2. At the top of Outlook, click File, and then click on Properties.&lt;br /&gt;
   3. Click on the Internet tab.&lt;br /&gt;
   4. Highlight everything by hitting Ctrl and &amp;quot;A&amp;quot; keys at the same time.&lt;br /&gt;
   5. Next, while everything is highlighted, hit Ctrl and &amp;quot;C&amp;quot; at the same time. This copies the information.&lt;br /&gt;
      Nothing new will happen on the screen.&lt;br /&gt;
   6. Close the Properties window.&lt;br /&gt;
   7. Press the Forward button found on the toolbar.&lt;br /&gt;
   8. Address this message to: help@swcp.com&lt;br /&gt;
   9. Click at the very TOP of the message you are about to forward, so that the cursor is blinking in the body of the message.&lt;br /&gt;
  10. Go to the Edit menu, then go to Paste.&lt;br /&gt;
      This will paste the property information that was copied before into this message.&lt;br /&gt;
  11. Send the message by clicking the Send button in the top left corner.&lt;br /&gt;
  12. The original, offending message can now be deleted or saved, as you choose. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Microsoft Outlook XP&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
   1. Open the offending email (double click the message to open it in a new window).&lt;br /&gt;
   2. Click on View, then choose Options.&lt;br /&gt;

   2. At the top of Netscape Messenger, click View, and then Headers.&lt;br /&gt;
   3. Click on &amp;quot;ALL&amp;quot;. This will display the headers of that message.&lt;br /&gt;
   4. Highlight the entire message by going to the Edit menu and clicking on Select All.&lt;br /&gt;
   5. Next, with everything highlighted, hit Ctrl and &amp;quot;C&amp;quot; at the same time. This copies the information.&lt;br /&gt;
      Nothing new will happen on the screen.&lt;br /&gt;
   6. Open a new message by clicking the &amp;quot;New Msg&amp;quot; button at the top left corner of the Netscape Messenger window.&lt;br /&gt;
   7. Address this new message window to help@swcp.com&lt;br /&gt;
   8. In the body of the message, click the mouse once.&lt;br /&gt;
   9. Go to the Edit menu then Paste.&lt;br /&gt;
      This should paste all of the message source information into the body of the new message.&lt;br /&gt;
  10. Send the message by clicking the Send button in the top left corner.&lt;br /&gt;
  11. The original offending message can now be deleted or saved as you choose.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Eudora Pro/Light&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
   1. Open the offending email.&lt;br /&gt;
   2. Right above the message, click on the button that says &amp;quot;Blah, Blah, Blah&amp;quot;.&lt;br /&gt;
      (This shows the hidden &amp;quot;headers&amp;quot;)&lt;br /&gt;
   3. Prepare to forward the message by clicking the Forward button.&lt;br /&gt;
   4. It is very important that the message is Forwarded, and not Redirected.&lt;br /&gt;
      Redirecting the message will only remove the headers again.&lt;br /&gt;
   5. Address this message to help@swcp.com&lt;br /&gt;
   6. Send the message by clicking on the SEND button on top of the window.&lt;br /&gt;
   7. The original offending message can now be deleted or saved. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Entourage (Office 2001/X/2004) (Mac)&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
   1. Double-click on the e-mail message.&lt;br /&gt;
   2. Click View &amp;gt; Internet Headers or View &amp;gt; Source.&lt;br /&gt;
   3. A window will open with the full headers of the message.&lt;br /&gt;
   4. Click in that window.&lt;br /&gt;
   5. Click the Edit menu and choose Select All.&lt;br /&gt;
   6. Click the Edit menu and choose Copy.&lt;br /&gt;
   7. Create a new message in Entourage, click in the body of the message, go to the Edit menu and select Paste.&lt;br /&gt;
   8. Fill in the appropriate e-mail address in the To: help@swcp.com&lt;br /&gt;

   4. Press the Message Source button at the bottom.&lt;br /&gt;
   5. Select all the information in the new window by hitting the Ctrl and &amp;quot;A&amp;quot; keys at the same time.&lt;br /&gt;
      This will highlight (usually in black) everything in the window.&lt;br /&gt;
   6. Next, while everything is highlighted, hit Ctrl and &amp;quot;C&amp;quot; at the same time. This copies the information.&lt;br /&gt;
      Nothing new will happen on the screen.&lt;br /&gt;
   7. Close both windows (the Message Source window and the Message Properties window).&lt;br /&gt;
   8. Open a new message by clicking the &amp;quot;New Mail&amp;quot; button at the top left corner of the Outlook Express window.&lt;br /&gt;

   3. Prepare to forward the message by clicking the Forward button.&lt;br /&gt;
   4. It is very important that the message is Forwarded, and not Redirected.&lt;br /&gt;
      Redirecting the message will only remove the headers again.&lt;br /&gt;

   6. Send the message by clicking on the SEND button on top of the window.&lt;br /&gt;

Entourage (Office 2001/X/2004) (Mac)&lt;br /&gt;

   1. Double-click on the e-mail message.&lt;br /&gt;
   2. Click View &amp;gt; Internet Headers or View &amp;gt; Source.&lt;br /&gt;
   3. A window will open with the full headers of the message.&lt;br /&gt;
   4. Click in that window.&lt;br /&gt;
   5. Click the Edit menu and choose Select All.&lt;br /&gt;
   6. Click the Edit menu and choose Copy.&lt;br /&gt;
   7. Create a new message in Entourage, click in the body of the message, go to the Edit menu and select Paste.&lt;br /&gt;
