	Once you find the .obm directory, there will be a subdirectory called "log". The easiest thing to do is zip that directory into a file. The BUS client keeps a log of everything it does. Occasionally an issue comes up that requires seeing the BUS client's log file to solve. Here's how to send the BUS logs to tech support.

===Find the log directory===
We're looking for a directory called ".obm". It will likely be in the home directory of the person who installed the BUS software. For example, on a Windows system it will be somewhere like C:\Documents and Settings\johnsmith\.obm
