SWCP has traditionally provided accounts that were priced to serve customers varying needs for resources; some users only dialup occasionally and only need a few hours per month, others are on all day long and need many more hours. So we offer three levels of dialup accounts, Casual, Medium, and Deluxe. We always felt that offering only a fixed price, all-you-can-eat account penalized the casual user, who was subsidizing the commercial user, and that promotes waste and gluttony.

			TNT and NMIA originally offered accounts that were one price, pay in advance, all-you-can-eat accounts. We continue to honor those remaining accounts under their original terms. We will move former TNT or NMIA customers to SWCP pricing plans if that will benefit the customer.
