====Question or Symptom====
Us or customer has been mucking around on their Efficient router, messed
it up, and want to restore the original config NOC put on the router.

====Resolution====
The process the SWCP NOC uses to configure an Efficeint router before it
goes out for install, leaves a file on the router that is named with the
OMS number of the circuit it was configured for. Executing that file will
restore the configuration originally used by NOC. This does mean that any
configuration changes since original configuration will be lost, so you want
to look at the router for things like port forwarding, what its ethernet IP
is (in case that has changed from original), etc.

This process will need to be done by serial connection rather than telnet.

Make a serial connection to the router and login. Use the command,

dir<return>

A list of files on the router will be displayed. Do look at this list and
verify that a file exists with the name that is the OMS number for this
circuit. IMPORTANT: Verify this before the next step.

IF that file exists, use the following commands, and replace "file name"
with the actual name of the file, which will be the OMS number.

reboot factory<return>
execute "file name"<return>

The router's original SWCP config has now been restored.
