Open this. It will unpack itself <br /> and ask you to click &quot;Ok&quot;. Proceed. Now when you see a window with the line &quot;Server Ready&quot;, <br /> hold down and keep holding the reset button on the back of the actiontec and plug the <br /> AC adapter in. Do not release the reset button until you see the window display a line<br /> that says &quot;Updating Image ...&quot;. The program will reimage the firmware, reboot the router<br /> and quit.
