====Question or Symptom====
Actiontec fails to work with EMusic and other subscription music
services. This is a problem with the Actiontec's firewall, which can not
be turned off thru the web interface. The firewall also seems to cause
problems with other services as well. If in doubt turn the firewall off.

====Resolution====
To remedy this problem you can turn off the firewall entirely inside the Actiontec.
To do this, do the following:

Telnet into the router, the default address is 192.168.0.1. Enter in the login
information, default is admin/admin unless otherwise set. Now type the following:

firewall disable
system config save
system restart

After it is finished rebooting the firewall should be disabled and EMusic should
work.
