1. Click Start 'Settings' Control Panel<br />
2. Double Click on "Network Connections"<br />
3. Click "Create a new connection"<br />
4. Click Next<br />
5. Select "Connect to the Internet" and click Next<br />
6. Select "Setup my connection manually" and click Next<br />
7. Select "Connect using a dial-up modem" and click Next<br />
8. It will ask you to enter the name of your ISP. Type SWCP, and click Next<br />
9. Enter the phone number to dial in to, and click Next<br />
10. Enter your P-username<br />
11. Enter the password associated with your P-username (twice)<br />
12. Make sure all 3 checkboxes on this screen are checked. Click Next<br />
