====Question or Symptom====
I'm using procmail to filter email under Unix. I'd like to be able to
manipulate those folders with Eudora. I've set Eudora 5 (on a Mac) to
use IMAP, but it doesn't find my mail folders.

====Resolution====
In Settings-->Checking Mail, you need to specify the name of your procmail
directory in the Location Prefix field. For example if /users/jamii/mail is
the directory I use with procmail to create mail folders I need to set my
Location Prefix to
mail/
Note the trailing /. This is important. Without it Eudora won't find the
directory. To get an update of the state of this directory, open the Mailboxes
Window, select the user profile you're working with (usually dominant) and
press the Refresh icon. It's the one that looks like a letter on a stick.

More information can be found at the Eudora website. See below URL.
