If you've set up a file or folder to be backed up directly in your backup set, i.e. you've selected it as an item not as a part of a folder then you've deleted or moved this item you will see an error message in your backup log;

 Backup source "/path-to/file" does not exist!

If you look at the backup set in the Ahsay client you won't see this file, so you can't remove it.

Instead you need to log in to the website interface at https://bus.swcp.com using your backup account user-name and password.

Select "Backup Set" from the top right pane menu. This will give you a full list of what the client is trying to backup for this backup set. You can remove any non-existent files or folders by pressing the "Remove" link to the right of the file.
