Our Policy

We do not condone or allow unsolicited bulk email to be sent from our mail servers, or from other mail servers if it is to advertise a site that resides on our servers. Sending out bulk, unsolicited email will result in account termination.

Reporting Bulk E-mail

Feel free to report unsolicited bulk email you receive. If we see the repeated instantances of a company spamming our customers we will contact them. If they persist we'll block their access to our mail servers.

What we need when you report spam

It's important for us to see the complete header information of any email that you want to report. Spammers often forge parts of the header pretending to send from innocent companies that have nothing to do with the spam.

How to display headers

  • Eudora
    • Open the message in its own window. You can do this by double-clicking the message in the message list.
    • Press the button labeled "Blah Blah Blah" to display the header information.
    • This button is small, and is located near the upper right-hand corner of the message window.
    • Forward the message to us.


  • Microsoft Outlook
    • MS Outlook 2007
      • Open the message in its own window. You can do this by double-clicking the message in the message list.
      • Click the small arrow to the right of Options. This will open the "Message Options" window.
      • Right-click anywhere in the text field and click "Select All". Right-click once more and click "Copy".
      • Close the "Message Options" window.
      • Click the Forward button.
      • In the body of your fowarded message, right-click and choose "Paste" to include the full header information.
      • Forward the message to us.
    • MS Outlook 2000-2003
      • Right-click the message whose headers you wish to see and click "Properties". This will pull up a message properties screen.
      • Click the "Details" tab. This will display the full header information.
      • Right-click once in the text box where the header information is displayed, and click "Select all". This will select all of the text.
      • Right-click once more and click "Copy".
      • Close the Message Properties window.
