If you prefer to use Outlook, you can mimic Roundcube's "Good/Spam" options using Outlook's Quick Steps menu (called Quick Actions in older versions). Here's how to set them up:
- In Outlook's Home tab, go select "Create New" in the Quick Actions ribbon pane
- Add a rule for training good messages
- In the New Action menu, give the Quick Step a name (I chose Spamprobe Good, but it can be anything). Use the Add Action button and the action and folder pulldowns to assign the following actions:
- Now, add another rule for moving mail to learn_as_spam:
- After they're created, you'll have "Spamprobe Good" and "Spamprobe Spam" (or whatever you've chosen to call them) in your Quick Steps pane. To train Spamprobe, just select a message and click the appropriate Quick Step button.
