Roundcube 0.4
We have just rolled out version 0.4 of RoundCube at http://roundcube.swcp.com
Here is a run-down of the new and changed features:
- Bugfixes
- Address book supports groups.
- When editing your address book, click the "+" at the bottom of the left-side window to create a new group.
- Address book is available from the Compose window
- While replying or writing a new message, there is a new address book icon at the top. Click it to access your address book entries without leaving the compose window.
- As before, Roundcube auto-completes names in the recipient field as you type them.
- There's a "select all on this page" button for faster mail processing.
- Message Threads - this feature is new and a little idiosyncratic, but sure to improve soon.
- There is now a button to turn preview-pane on/off in the main message view. You no longer have to go into settings to change this.
- UI Help
- At the bottom of the screen in the message index there is a button labeled "Interface Help". After you click it, you can move the mouse over parts of the window to see a description of how each works. Press the ESC key on your keyboard to get out of Interface Help mode.
