As you may already know, you can train Spamprobe easily via Roundcube webmail using the "Good" and "Spam" buttons in Roundcube's mail toolbar. If you prefer to use Outlook, you can mimic Roundcube's "Good/Spam" options using Outlook's Quick Steps menu (called Quick Actions in older versions). Here's how to set them up:


  • In Outlook's Home tab, go select "Create New" in the Quick Actions ribbon pane


  • In the New Action menu, give the Quick Action a name (I chose Spamprobe Good, but it can be anything), and assign the following rules:


  • Now create another rule for moving mail to learn_as_spam:


  • After they're created, you'll have "Spamprobe Good" and "Spamprobe Spam" (or whatever you've chosen to call them) in your Quick Steps pane. To train Spamprobe, just select a message and click the appropriate Quick Step button.
