Getting Diagnostic Information from a CenturyLink modem
DSL circuit health
Step 0: Write down the admin password from the last line on the green and white sticker from the side of the modem. This is the admin password, not the key/passhphrase.
Step 1: Log in to the modem's web interface at: http://192.168.0.1/
Step 2: Once you are logged in, click on the Yellow Modem Setup button.
Step 3: On the left hand side, click on DSL Status (or DSL1 and/or DSL2) and copy the all of the data listed in all of the tables from that page.
Step 4: Paste all of that info in a text document or an email. Please send the email (along with your name and address) to: help@swcp.com
You now have told us how healthy your DSL circuit is.
