How do I change the logo?
As with most configuration changes you'll want to edit the file LocalSettings.php.
Upload your logo to /users/yourlogname/public_html/yourdomain/yourwikidir/images/
Modify the following line in LocalSettings.php
$wgLogo = "https://yourdomain/yourwikidir/images/newlogofile";
That should do it.
