Admin user has uploaded some zip files, but clients can't see them?

The admin user can always see everything. Clients don't see all types of files by default. In the Manager.pl file in cgi-bin/FileManager you'll find a list of files that aren't shown to clients.

By default these are:

  'cdx','cer','chm','class','cmd','com','cpl','crt','csh','dll','exe','fxp','hlp','hta',
  'htr','htw','ida','idc','idq','ins','isp','its','jse','ksh','lnk','mad','maf','mag',
  'mam','maq','mar','mas','mat','mau','mav','maw','mda','mdb','mde','mdt','mdw','mdz',
  'msc','msi','msp','mst','ops','pcd','pif','prf','prg','printer','pst','reg','scf',
  'scr','sct','shb','shs','shtm','shtml','stm','url','vb','vbe','vbs','wsc','wsf','wsh',
  'js','cgi','pl','php','rar', 'zip'

This list is found in array @notShowFiles. Just remove the zip extension and those files will be visible for all clients.
