Resetting my WordPress password fails

If you try to reset your WordPress admin password and get this message: 

Sorry, that key does not appear to be valid.

This is because of a bug in WordPress. It should be fixed in later versions, but it's definitely in 2.5.1. If you run into this, ask the SWCP help desk to help (we can change the password in the underlying database, and/or upgrade your WordPress installation).
