If you wish to always receive an e-mail from a particular email address, you can add them to our server-side whitelist in your spam filter.

To do this:

Add a Whitelist Entry

  1. Go to our website at www.swcp.com, and on the left hand side, under Main Menu, click on "Spam Filter".
  2. Log in using the same username and password for the e-mail account that you wish to set up filtering for and click "Login".
  3. If you have not yet turned on filtering for your account, do do by clicking the "Yes" radio (round) button beside "Enable filtering for this account?", and click "Submit all unsaved changes". A box will appear indicating "Changes saved", click on the "OK" button.
  4. If you are not already in Advanced View, click on the "Switch to Advanced View" button.
  5. On the left-hand side of the screen, click on "Whitelist".
  6. Click the box that says "Enable Whitelisting".
  7. Click "Add" on the right-hand side of the screen.
  8. The "Add new entry" box will open. In the "Sender address" box, enter the e-mail address that you want to always get e-mail from. Under the "Save to local folder" box "INBOX" should be selected by default. Click "Submit".
  9. Click "Submit all unsaved changes". A box will appear indicating "Changes saved", click on the "OK" button.
  10. You can add more addresses if you wish (step 7, above), or if you are done, you can click "Logout".

Edit or Delete an Exising Entry

  1. Follow steps 1-2 under "Add a Whitelist Entry", above, to log in.
  2. On the left-hand side of the screen, click on "Whitelist".
  3. Click on the email address entry in the list (in the center box) to highlight it. It will turn blue when you to so.
    • To Edit this entry, click the "Edit" button. You can then edit the entry, just as you originally created the entry. Click "OK" when you are finished.
    • To Delete this entry, click the "Delete" button, and that entry will be deleted.
  4. Click "Submit all unsaved changes". A box will appear indicating "Changes saved", click on the "OK" button.
  5. You can make further changes (as above), or if you are done, you can click "Logout".

(Please Note: Any time there are unsaved changes, they will appear in Red on the blue status bar near the top of the window. Click "Submit all unsaved changes." to save them.)
