How to find out how much connect time you've used

Question or Symptom

I want to check my current connect time. How can I do this?

Resolution

To check the amount of time your account has used this month or in previous months, visit our Members area with your favorite web browser. The address is https://members.swcp.com/ or click on the "Account Dashboard" link.

You'll be asked for your username and password -- enter the same username and password that you use for email to login to the Members Area.

There's a link near the middle of the page labelled "Check your time usage" which will let you look up the information you want.
