Southwest Cyberport, Inc is dedicated to providing our clients with the kind of service we'd like to get. This includes the assurance that the information given to our staff is treated with the proper respect.

It is our policy to release information about our clients only to account holders and their designated Account Contacts.

Southwest Cyberport treats your data as confidential. We do not provide client information to any third party other than vendor partners in the course of fulfilling an order or collecting a bill, or when compelled by a court order. At no time will our client database be sold for marketing purposes. We don't like to have our data sold, so we won't ever sell yours.

See Who can modify your account? for more information on setting up Account Contacts.

We do record phone calls. We use this information for training and to ensure quality of service. This is part of the information we protect and will not give out to third parties.

Southwest Cyberport employees or contractors may be exposed to private customer files or emails in the course of resolving technical issues. They will make reasonable efforts to avoid viewing such data unless specifically authorized by the customer. They will not share such data with third parties without authorization, unless compelled to by a court order.

Please see the SWCP Customer Contract for information on data retention.
