Southwest Cyberport, Inc is dedicated to providing our clients with the kind of service we'd like to get. This includes the assurance that the information given to the our staff is treated with the proper respect.

It is our policy to release information about our clients only to account holders and their designated Account Contacts.

We do not provide client information to any third party other than vendor partners in the course of fulfilling an order or collecting a bill, or when compelled by a court order. At no time will our client database be sold for marketing purposes. We don't like to have our data sold, so we won't ever sell yours.

We do record phone calls from time to time. We use this information for training and to insure quality of service. This is part of the information we protect and will not give out to third parties.

If we make any changes to our Privacy policy those changes will be found on this page. Also, we'll try really hard to keep this to a readable length.
