It is our policy to release information about our clients only to account holders and their designated Account Contacts.
Southwest Cyberport treats your data as confidential. We do not provide client information to any third party other than vendor partners in the course of fulfilling an order or collecting a bill, or when compelled by a court order. At no time will our client database be sold for marketing purposes. We don't like to have our data sold, so we won't ever sell yours.

We do record phone calls from time to time. We use this information for training and to ensure quality of service. This is part of the information we protect and will not give out to third parties.
Southwest Cyberport employees or contractors may be exposed to private customer files or emails in the course of resolving technical issues. They will make reasonable efforts to avoid viewing such data unless specifically authorized by the customer. They will not share such data with third parties without authorization, unless compelled to by a court order.
If we make any changes to our Privacy policy those changes will be found on this page. Also, we'll try really hard to keep this to a readable length.
