Blacklist
If you wish to never receive an e-mail from a person ever again, you can add them to the server-side blacklist in our spam filter.
To do this:
- Go to our website at www.swcp.com, and on the left hand side, under Main Menu, click on "Spam Filter".
- Log in using the same username and password for the e-mail account that you wish to set up filtering for and click "Login".
- If you have not yet turned on filtering for your account, do do by clicking the "Yes" radio (round) button beside "Enable filtering for this account?", and click "Submit all unsaved changes". A box will appear indicating "Changes saved", click on the "OK" button.
- If you are not already in Advanced View, click on the "Switch to Advanced View" button.
- On the left-hand side of the screen, click on "Blacklist".
- Click on the "enabled" radio button beside "Blacklisting".
- Click "Add".
- The "Add new entry" box will open. In the "Sender address" box, enter the e-mail address that you Do Not Want To Ever Receive Email From Again. Click "Submit".
- Click "Submit all unsaved changes". A box will appear indicating "Changes saved", click on the "OK" button.
- You can add more addresses if you wish (step 7, above), or if you are done, you can click "Logout".
(Please Note: Any time there are unsaved changes, they will appear in Red on the blue status bar near the top of the window. Click "Submit all unsaved changes." to save them.)
Blacklist all
Please note: The "All" option under "Blacklisting" will block All Email, including email that you would like to receive, unless you add Each And Every Email Address that you would like to receive e-mail from in the "Whitelist" filter. We do not recommend using the "Blacklisting: All" option.
