Apple Mail with Auth SMTP and IMAP SSL

Here is how to configure Apple Mail on Mac OSX to work with SWCP's mail server. This configuration uses authenticated SMTP for outgoing messages (which allows you to send outgoing messages through the SWCP server from outside the SWCP network). This configuration uses IMAP with SSL encryption so that your passwords and the content of your messages are protected when logging in to the server.
