I got a message that said there's a new virus named sulfnbk.exe running around.

I have this file. Should I delete it?
Resolution
No, this is a hoax and has caused people to delete the MS utility used to restore long file names. If you have deleted this file already there are restoration instructions (it's an optional utility) and information about this hoax at this link below, from Symantec's website (the makers of Norton Anti-Wirus):
