I can't get MacSSH to work with your system, why?

Question or Symptom

A window appears for a few seconds then disappears.

Resolution

The problem is that MacSSH sets compression on by default, and to work with our servers you need to turn compression off.

Open MacSSH, then go to Favorites. Select Edit Favorites, highlight the default setting, and choose Edit. Go to the SSH2 tab and set compression to None. This should fix the problem.
