Outlook 2000 not sending messages

Question or Symptom
If you have someone who's having trouble sending an email and is exhibiting the symptom of being stuck in the 'Outbox', try having them do this:
Resolution
Go into tools, then options and then the second tab, I think it's called 'Mail Delivery' or something similar. In the second section, there is a box to check, 'Send mail immediately when connected'. Check this box. When the person is connected, highlights a message and clicks on send, it will ACTUALLY SEND! Imagine that.
Also when they are in the 'compose' mode, the little button in the upper left marked 'send' will do what it says, send the message. Wonderfulness!
